I loved being only a few steps from beautiful beaches at Sardinero and just under a 15-minute walk to the vibrant Centro Botin, where I enjoyed not only the art but also the stunning views of the waterfront while absorbing the local vibe.

The parking situation is a nightmare!!! Good luck finding a spot on the street, especially with limited space. the noise from other guests can ruin your peace after a long day. They really need to address soundproofing!!!

missing kettle

not exactly the luxurious stay i anticipated. the toilet door didn’t even reach the ceiling, which was a delightful touch of privacy! and where was my kettle? having to drink coffee-flavored water was simply unacceptable. i nearly considered a good review, but the lack of a complimentary upgrade clinched it! truly heart-breaking.

Couple's Cozy Retreat

They left us little treats in the room every day! ! And the free bottles of water were a thoughtful touch. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a baby, which is rare for me!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what? It was bearable.

absolutely loved our stay at sercotel! the premier double room was fabulous, with fresh fruit waiting for us. both paula and daniel at reception were super helpful. the location was perfect, just a short walk to el sardinero beach. if you're a seafood lover, marucho is a must-visit nearby!

Had an amazing time with my friends! The place is perfect for groups, with facilities like luggage storage and free WiFi. We checked out nearby attractions and booked via a tour desk. The room was cozy and the service was top-notch and stress-free.

We did experience some heating issues at night. it would drop a bit too low while the system was off, which was uncomfortable.
